This section contains information about the terms and conditions governing your use of the web site, as well as information on the service you can expect from us. The web site is operated by Prism Jewellery design Ltd (registered in England No 3810094), referred to as Prism Design/we/our/us.
Please ensure you read through these terms and conditions carefully before using this web site, as your use of this web site signifies your acceptance of these terms. We also advise you print a copy for future reference.

Products
We endeavour to provide you with an accurate impression of and information on our products throughout the web site, however please note that images are not to scale and colours shown will vary according to the settings of your computer and monitor.
All of our products will be subject to a waiting time during which they will be manufactured.
Prices
All prices are current retail prices in Pounds Sterling and include VAT at the rate of 20%.
Whilst we endeavour to ensure that prices on the web site are correct, errors can occur. If there is an error in the price of the goods you have ordered you will be contacted as soon as possible. You may then choose to continue at the correct price or cancel your order. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and have already paid for the goods you will receive a full refund.
Order Process
The placing of an order on the web site is an offer, not a contract of sale. You will receive an e-mail from us confirming your order. We advise that you keep the e-mail for your own records.
All orders are subject to availability and payment clearance.
Rings can be purchased on line in all sizes. We make each item individually when ordered.
In exceptional circumstances, if we are unable to fulfil an accepted order, we will re-credit your credit card with the original amount and you will be notified by e-mail. Under no circumstances will we be liable for any additional amounts.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta, JCB, Switch, Solo and Visa Electron.
All postage for items delivered within the UK is free of charge. Postage to other countries including Europe is £10.00.
We aim to deliver all items by insured delivery within 7 working days during non peak times. However, deliveries outside of the UK may take longer. For security purposes, all our deliveries require a signature. Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is secure and that you or someone on your behalf is available to sign for the delivery. Prism Design accepts no responsibility for someone signing for your delivery without your authority.
We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated time scales; however delays occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Prism Design shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver within estimated time scales. If the delivery time is longer or items are unavailable we will inform you by e-mail.
All risk of loss and damage of products passes to you at the time when the products are delivered.
Packaging
Ti2 Titanium boxes are complementary on all purchases and all items will be securely wrapped for postage.
Returns
If goods are seen to be faulty then they must be returned to Prism Design within two weeks of purchase and they will be replaced free of charge, however postage is non-refundable.
Purchases may not be returned unless faulty.
All goods are non-refundable.
Ring sizes are entirely the responsibility of the customer and we can not guarantee to be able to resize rings. Ring sizing will be charged for and can not be purchased on line. Please call Prism Design for more details.
In the rare event of a faulty item, the item can be returned but will only be accepted by us if the item is in its original condition, accompanied by the box and the invoice (sent to the purchaser of the goods). We recommend you keep a copy of the invoice for your own records. Returns not accompanied by all of the original documentation will not be honoured. Please note that all jewellery is quality checked prior to dispatch.
You should inform us that you are returning the item by e-mailing us at Jewellery@Ti2titanium.com, including your phone number in the e-mail.
Please return items clearly marked Ti2 Titanium to Prism Design, St Katherine‘s Court, Frome Road, Bradford on Avon Wiltshire BA15 1LE UK. For your own benefit, we suggest using Royal Mail special delivery. This will ensure proof of delivery and insurance on the goods whilst in transit. Prism Design will not take responsibility for returned items in transit.
The credit card used for the original purchase will be credited with the original price of the item(s). Provided that the item(s) is in its original condition and the above in formation is provided you will receive a prompt refund to the credit card used for the original purchase. Prism Design will not refund any postage costs.
If there are any problems with your refund you will be contacted by a Prism Design representative. Other queries should be sent to Jewellery@Ti2titanium.com.
Products purchased on line cannot be exchanged at any of our retail stockists under any circumstances.
Cancellations and Exchanges
If you have made a mistake and wish to cancel and order please contact us immediately at Jewellery@Ti2titanium.com quoting your order number. The order may only be cancelled if we have not dispatched the package.

Damaged and Defective Items
We check all dispatched items to ensure they are in perfect condition. Should you receive an item that is defective, damaged on not what you ordered, please contact us within 10 days of the day you placed your order.
A Prism Design representative will assist you in resolving any issues as quickly as possible by delivering another item, replacing your order or refunding the amount paid.
Products purchased on line that are deemed to be defective, damaged or not what you ordered cannot be returned or exchange at any of our retail stockists under any circumstances.
Hallmarking
Titanium is regarded as a non precious metal and therefore does not require to be hallmarked. We use our own Ti2 mark on all of our rings for identification only.
Recently the UK hallmarking regulations have been changed to allow for the quality marking of the precious metal elements within mixed metal jewellery under some circumstances. However in practice, as the precious metal elements themselves are required to carry the hallmark, it proves to be impractical to mark the visible outside of items inlaid into titanium. We therefore describe our mixed metal jewellery as titanium with precious metal and do not specify the type or quality.
Order Payment
When you have selected the items that you wish to purchase, you may either complete the transaction on our secure server, or by printing out the off-line order form and posting or faxing it to us.
To pay on-line please click "Shopping Basket", then review the contents of your Shopping Basket and after selecting your destination country and making any other adjustments, please click "Order On-line". You will be transferred to our secure server and all data relating to your order and your personal and payment card details will all pass to our server in an encrypted format using complex logarithmic methods. As soon as you have completed and submitted the on-line form you will automatically exit secure mode.
Alternatively, to order off-line, please click "Order Off-line" to access the order form, print it out and complete your details, then post or fax it to us.
Please do not communicate your payment card/personal details to us by e-mail. We cannot be responsible for any losses that you may incur as a result. Any such loss would be entirely your responsibility.
Privacy
We take your privacy as an individual and as a customer seriously and will not pass on your details to any third parties. Any personal data gathered by us in your use of this site will only be used in accordance with the UK data Protection Act 1998.
Prism Design will use your e-mail address as a convenient way to contact you about your order or any reminder service you have. Occasionally, we will update you on relevant Ti2 Titanium news, but only with your permission. You can choose to unsubscribe from this mailing at any point.

Legal Governance
Your use of this site and any contract between you and Prism Design for the sale of products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If any provision of these terms and conditions shale be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable for these terms and conditions and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any remaining provisions.
We may amend these terms and conditions from time to time without notice and will post the new version on the website when we do so. Your continued use of the website will signify your acceptance of those new terms.
