This was my second purchase of a Ti2 necklace and although I accidentally ordered this one in error, the quality I first loved when I bought my husbands necklace 6 years ago was still as good as was the customer service received. A helpful, friendly team.

If any item is found to be faulty then it must be returned to Prism Design within 14 calendar days of receipt of the item and it will be replaced free of charge.
