We aim to deliver all items by insured delivery to UK destinations within 7 working days during non-peak times. Deliveries to destinations outside of the UK may take longer and customers may be responsible for customs charges. We do not set these charges and we do not benifit from these charges.
Return policy
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receipt of the item and a further 14 days to return it to receive a full refund. We will not refund your return postage costs and it is your responsibility to ensure that any items returned reach us in the same condition that you received them.
We regret that in the interest of hygiene and for the protection of all our customers and staff, earrings are excluded from our exchange and refund policy. The exclusion arises from a Health and Safety perspective and is an international recommendation to prevent the spread of infections and disease.
If any item is found to be faulty then it must be returned to Prism Design within 14 calendar days of receipt of the item and it will be replaced free of charge.
